Fun & Flirty Disco Bridal Shower

Are you sick and tired of the same old bridal shower? Why not mix things up with a unique bridal shower theme like this disco bridal shower?

It was so fun to work on this disco bridal shower-inspired shoot that was brought to life with an incredible vendor team. As featured in Today’s Bride, this fun and flirty bridal shower is for the young and young at heart!

The Vision- A Unique Disco Bridal Shower

It all started when Trish from Wreath & Rose Photography had a vision for creating a styled shoot that showed a fun and unique option for your bridal shower. Trish asked me to be a part of this shoot, and I was so excited to be involved in the planning! It was such a joy to showcase the fun and sparkly side of events and what is possible for a unique bridal shower.

After speaking with Trish, we knew we wanted the tablescape to be fairly low-key for the cutlery and dishware so that the flowers and candles would stand out with bright pops of colour.

Disco balls were a huge inspiration for this styled shoot, so we used them as a key element when designing this disco bridal shower. Unfortunately, sourcing the disco balls for the shoot proved to be more difficult than initially thought, so a big thanks to Annie Lane Events and Decor, who stepped in and saved the day with her amazing decor inventory!

On-site With An Incredible Toronto Wedding Vendor Team

We played disco music in the background throughout the shoot to help us get in the groove. It was such a fun day on-site with an incredible vendor team!

On-site, Flower Pie florals provided the perfect pieces to tie together the disco bridal shower theme. Their bright and bold florals were exactly what we had envisioned for this fun and unique shoot!

Dresses were provided by Julia Cork Bridal and The Fitz. These elegant and fun dresses showed that you don't have to wear just a white dress for your bridal shower. Instead, why not jazz it up with some sparkles and bling?

The incredible Allyssa Helm and her team were on-site for the entire shoot to change up the hair and makeup look based on the looks we were going for. They absolutely nailed everything from the soft and romantic look to the fun and flirty look!

To show the sweet side of the styled shoot, Sugar Bush Cakery and The Salty Sugar Cookie Co. hit it out of the park with their bridal shower designs for the cookies and cake.
